CHICKEPEAS PULAO

Rice 3 pao
Channa 3 pao
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 , 1 tbsp
Cloves 5
Cinnamon 2 Sticks
Star Anise badiyaan 2
Black cardimon 2
Green cardimon 5
Black pepper corn 5
Red pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
Crush cumin 1 tsp
Crush corriender 1 tsp
Orange color 1 tsp
Oil half Cup
Method :
Wash and soak channe for overnight. In morning pressure cook and boil channe.
Boil for 5 to 8 hours in a very low flame.
And pressure cook for half hour.
Washed and soak rice for 30 minutes.
Heated oil add whole spice and fry onion till golden than add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
Than add channe, red pepper powder, crush cumin seeds, crush corriender 1 tomato and cook.
Than add 3 cups water if need add more water. Cover a lid and simmer till water is dried.
Water is dried than make a dum in rice. Keep tawa in bottom of pan than make dam.
5 minutes in high flame than 10 minutes in very low flame .
Serve with salad , green chatni and raita
