Ingredients
Red Snapper. 1 kg
Rice. 750 g 3-1/2 pao
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Tamoto. 1
Yoghurt. 4 tbsp
Shan achari biryani masala 2 to 3 tbsp
Biryani masala. 2 tbsp
Cloves black pepper corn green cardamom 1 tbsp
Ingredients For merinate fish
Fish. Red Snapper. 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp
Fried fish masala. 1 packet
Musterd powder. 1 tbsp
Black pepper crush. 1 tbsp
Lemon juice. 3 lemons
Vinegar. 3 to 4 tbsp
Gram flour.besan. 1 tbsp
Method 
Boiled rice add black pepper corn , cloves in water and boiled.
Merinate fish with above ingredients and merinate for 1or 2 hours and set aside.
Prepare biryani rice heated oil add onion and fry till brown. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato , yogurt and achari biryani masala, biryani masala and cook.till done masala then masala thick then heated pan grease pan with oil and layer the rice and inthd top add green masala coriander leaves , mint leaves and green chillies and red food color and heat rice.
Then separate fried fish in oil and set aside.
Then make a dam to rice add fried fish and make a dam and tempered rice 5 minutes high heat then 10 minutes very low heat .
And serve with peanut chatni.
Peanut chatni ingredients 
Mint leaves. Half bunch
Coriander leaves. Half bunch
Curry leaves. 10 leaves
Green chillies. 8
Red pepper crush. 1 tbsp
Salt. To taste
Peanuts. 3 tbsp 
Garlic cloves. 1 garlic pod
Method mix all ingredients in a blender and blend and serve.
