BLUE BERRY LEMON MINT ICED TEA:

Ingredients :
Blue Berries. 8 ounce 4 cups + 4 cups
Lemons 10 lemons
MINT LEAVES HALF CUP + FOR GARNISH
WATER 8 CUPS
BLACK TEA BAGS 4
PEPPERMINT. 3
GREEN TEA teabags 2
METHOD :
IN A Saucepan bring 4 cups water, blueberries, mint,and lemon juice to boil, stirring occasionally for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and pour through a strainer into a bowl . Use the back of a spoon to squeeze juice out it necessary .Using some saucepan bring 4 cups water to a boil and add in tea bags. Let stand for 3 to 4 minutes and discard teabags.Stir and add sugar 6 tbsp blueberry, mint lemons mixture . Pour contents into a covered pitcher and chill for 1 hour if summer when winter you warm.Serve over ice garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
