Khyber Shinwari Karahi Mutton

Ingredients
Mutton 1 kg
Tomatoes. 4
Onions. 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Karahi Masala. 3 tbsp
Crush red pepper. 1- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Ginger Julienne. 2 tbsp
Green chillies. 4
Coriander leaves. Half bunch
Method
Boil mutton with garlic cloves, and ginger .
Then heated oil in a pan add mutton and fry till golden then leaves from pan and setaside .
Add oil in a pan add tomatoes and cook till soft and remove tomato skin and blend and also separate boil tomatoes and remove skin and add in mutton .
Add onion and fry till light golden then add ginger garlic paste , karahi Masala, tomatoes puri ,red crush pepper ,termeric powder , cumin seeds and cook till gravy done .
Then in the end garnish with ginger Julienne green chillies lemon slices and served
