Ingredients :
Eggs. 3
Caster sugar 1 Cup
Butter. Half cup...
Coco powder. 4 tbsp
Flour. 1 cup
Almonds. Half cup
Chocolate chip. Half cup
Vanilla chocolate essence 1 tsp
Baking powder. 1 tsp
Method :
Heat butter and coco powder and mix well.And set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar and mix well. Add vanilla and chocolate essence and beat.Add butter and coco powder and beat add flour ,baking powder and beat then add almonds and Chocolate chip and fold in mixture. Pour mixture in 8" by 8" pan and bake for 180 c for 18 to 20 minutes. Frosting with ganash and serve
