TOMATO SOUP 2016


TOMATO SOUP
Ingredients :

Tomatoes                       Half Kg
Chicken Soup                  2 Cups
Garlic                                2 garlic Cloves
Black Pepper                       1 Tsp
Red Chilli Sauce                 2tbsp
Soya Sauce                          2 tsp
Spring onion                         Half Bunch
Green Chillies                         3 to 4
Corriender leaves                    Few Leaves
Vinegar                                   2 tbsp
Method :
firstly Made chicken stock. Then boil 5 minutes tomatoes and blend and add in chicken
 stock leaves the chicken bones in stock and add tomato puri and cook till Thick.
Add all sizzlings red pepper powder , Black pepper, vinegar, add green chillies
 then off the flame. Add spring onion, green chillies, corriender leaves
 soya sauce and chilli sauce and serve.
