Ingredients :
Milk. 1liter
Coloured vermasili 1 Cup...
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp
Cornflour. 2 tbsp
Dry milk powder 2tbsp
Whipy whip cream 2. Cups
Green jelly. 1 packet
Yellow mango jelly. 1 packet
Strawberry red jelly. 1 packet
Fruitcocktail. 2 Cups
Almonds& pistachio. For garnish
Method : In a pan heated milk add sugar 3 tbsp and heat milk then add colored vermasili (sawiyaan). Then add cornflour and cook till milk is thicken.
Add dry milk powder and cook . Then leave from heat and let IG cool in refrigerator for 1 hour .
Set 3 colored and favoured jelly and set aside.
Whip the and add in vermasili mixture.
Add whipy whip cream, then almonds & pistachio , then jellies and keep refrigerator for cool then serve in eid
