Ingredients
Potato 1 kg
Crush zeera 2 tbsp
Crush dhaniya 2 tbsp
Red pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Onion powder 1 tbsp
Green chillies 5
Corriender leaves half bunch
Eggs 2 for coating
Bread crumbs 1 cup for coating
Oil for frying
Method :
Boiled potato than meshed.
Mix all ingredients in meshed potatoes.
Make round shape kabab and set aside.
Than first coat in eggs than coat in bread crumbs and make all kababs or cutlets.
Heated oil and shallow fry all cutlets.
Serve with chilli garlic sauce and green chatni.
