WHITE CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU
Ingredients
Lady Fingers Italian Biscuits 2 Packets
Coffee 1/4 Cup
Cottage cheese 8 ounce
Whipped Cream 1 Cup
Caster Sugar 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp
Mint Chocolate 1 ounce
Coco powder For Sprinkle
METHOD :
Line the bottom of an 8x8-inch baking panwith some of the ladyfingers, cutting to fit as necessary.
Drizzle half of the coffee ladyfingers; set aside.
In a medium missing bowl beat together the mascarpone or if not available , use homemade cottage cheese,whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer just until stiff peaks form. Beat in the chocolate until just combined. Spoon half of the cottage cheese mixture over ladyfingers, spreading evenly. Sprinkle white chocolate and mint chocolate over the cottage cheese mixture. Top with
another layer of ladyfingers (reserve
any remaining ladyfingers for another use). Layer with remaining coffee and cottage cheese mixture.
Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours.
Sift cocoa powder over top of dessert. If desired, garnish with cocoa powder
