Red Velvet Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Red Velvet Cake Recipe : Sumaira Kanwal Naqvi Ingredients : Flour............................   .2- 1/2 Cups Caster Suger..................  1- 1/2 Cups Oil.................................  1- 1/2 cup Buttermilk........................1 Cup Warm Water 2-3 Tbsp Drops Eggs................................. 4 nos Vanilla essence.................1 tsp Coco Powder...................4 tbsp salt.................................... Pinch Baking soda......................1 tsp Baking Powder 1 Tbsp Vinager...............................1 Tbsp Red velvet Food color ...... 2-3 Drops Cream Cheese Frosting ingredients : Cream Cheese..........................8 ounce Icing Sugar................................2- 4 Cups Butter........................................half Cup Method : First of all preheated oven to 180c degress. Line your pan with butter Paper. Greese with oil & oil Spray.  In a large mixing bowl mix togather the Butter or crisco, eggs, sugar, coco powder and salt.Add vanilla and buttermilk. Than add the flour and red food coloring. In a separate bowl mix togather the baking soda and vinagar. Add this mixture to the rest of the mixed ingredients and mix togather. Once everything is combined pour batter into the cupcake pan and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 C degrees. Inserted toothpick or cake tester tillcake comes out clean. Let it cool in a wire rack.Than add frosting to the top of cupcakes. Refrigerate and enjoy.
