Potato Egg Curry
Ingredients:
Eggs 6
Potatos. 4-5 chop
Tomatoes. 3-4
Salt. 1 Tsp
Red pepper powder 1- 1/2 Tbsp
Termeric powder. 1/4 Tsp
All spice powder. 1 Tbsp
Coriander powder. 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves. for garnish
Green Chllies. for garnish
Method :
Boil the eggs and set aside
Heat the oil add onion cook till golden and set aside.
Heat the oil add ginger garlic paste cook till garlic smell removes, then add all spices, red pepper powder, termeric powder, salt, coriander powder, and tomato onion paste and cook then add potatoes and cook. grind the tomatoes and onion then add in the masalas and cook till done serve with naan and chapati . Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies and serve hot.
