Ingredients
* Boneless chicken half Kg
* 1 tsp Salt
* Ginger Garlic Paste 1,1 Tbsp
* Tomatoes. 3-4
* 2 tsp Crushed red chillies
* 2 tsp Crushed zeera
* 1 Egg
* Sesame seeds 3. tbsp heaped

* 1 tbsp Vinegar
* Oil for deep frying
* Sauce:
* 4 tbsp Mayo
* Dahi Yogurt. 3-4 Tbsp
Method :
How To Make Dhaka Chicken Masala
METHOD:
- Make small insertions on the chicken boneless
- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the drumsticks till they are lightly golden.
- Add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Chicken Jalfrezi Masala, and yogurt. Cook till chicken is tender.
- Once tender, add tomatoes, Chili Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce, Chinese Soy Sauce, and ISalt; do a quick bhunai till tomatoes soften.
- Serve hot, garnish with sesame seeds.
For Masala Dhaka Chicken :
Heat the Oil in a Pan add onion chop cook till Soft Then Add the merinated Masala , Ginger garlic Paste and cook and serve hot With Naan & Chapati .
