Ingredients :
Eggs 4
Caster Suger 8ounce
Oil 1 Cup
Flour 1 Cup
Baking Powder 1- 1/2 tsp
Coco Powder 2 to 3 tbsp
Milk 2 to 3 tbsp if need
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For Frosting :
Butter 250 g
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Icing Suger 400 g
Coco Powder 3 tbsp
Method :
Mix dry ingredients and set aside.keep cupcake liners in cupcake pan
Beat oil and suger till creamy and fluffy.Add 1 by 1 4 egg add vanilla essence and beat fast for 2 minutes than add dry mix into the egg mixture and beat slowlyif needed add milk in the batter
Bake for 180c for 20-25 minutes .
keep cupcakes in a cooling rack than cool frosting cupcakes and fondant butterfly and flowers

Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Cumin (roasted & crushed) 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Tomato Puree 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salsa ½ cup
Capsicum (sliced) 1
Onion (sliced) 1
Red Hot Sauce. 1 Tbsp
Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
Mozzerla Cheese 1 Cup
Method for chicken:
Heated oil and add chicken chunks , Pepperoni slices and fry till golden and with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, oregano, cumin and cook in 2 tbsp oil till done. Add in 1 onion sliced, 1 capsicum sliced, Broccoli,Carrots Toss well and remove.
To assemble: ,Chilli Garlic Sauce then cheddar cheese 1 tbsp put second layer of tortilla apply Red Hot Sauce then salsa, scattered cheese topped with prepared chicken mixture again cheese oregano and bake and fry for 10 to 15 mins on 180 degrees. Cut into wedges and serve.
