KFC STyle Zinger Chicken

Ingredients
* For Dry Mixture, 3cups of flour
* Crush Red Flakes. : 1 Tsp
* 2tbsp black pepper : 1 Tsp
* salt. Pinch
* Ginger Garlic Paste 2,2 Tbsp
* For Chicken Marinate :
* Chicken Half Kg
* Ginger Garlic Paste : 2,2 Tbsp
* Shan Tikka Masala : 1 Packet
* Lemon Juice : 4-5 Tbsp
* Vinegar : 3 Tbsp
* Butter Milk. 1 Cup
Method :
Marinated your chicken overnight in the mixture of milk and vinegar. You can use something that can make your meat tender but will not alternate the taste.Dry mixture, mix the rest of ingredients in a large bowl.
Flour, Crush red Flakes, black pepper, salt, ground ginger, Garlic powder, Oregano, Basil, Dry mustard, Thyme, bouillon.
Heat up your oil on medium heat to about High heat . Oil should not be too hot since it will burn the chicken. Because the chicken should not suck all the frying oil , the oil should be just hot enough.
Dip your chicken piece in the egg mixture. Now coat it with the flour mixture, then pat it and let excess fall off.
Then, carefully drop your coated chicken piece into your hot oil.
Finally repeat with the remaining pieces. Make sure to remove fried residue from the hot oil before dropping new pieces of chicken.
