Chicken Chilli Dry

Ingredients
* 1 kg Chicken Bone / Boneless
* 1 packet Cornflour
* 1 tspRed chilli power
* Salt
* Oil
* 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
* Green chilli Sliced 5-8

* 3 - 4 Tomatoes chopped
* Coriander leaves
* Chilli Garlic sauce 2 Tbsp
* Soy sauce 3 Tbsp
* Siriracha Sauce. 2 Tbsp
* Vinegar 3 Tbsp
* Lemon Juice. 3 Tbsp
* Sweet Chilli Sauce. 3 Tbsp
Mango Habanero Sauce 2 Tbsp
Method :
To make this delicious recipe, begin with washing the chicken in some lukewarm water and rinse it again in cold water. Then take a large bowl and combine chicken, eggs, ginger-garlic paste and cornflour in it. Mix all the ingredients properly. You can also drizzle a little water to the batter to coat the chicken pieces evenly. Once done, refrigerate the chicken for 1-2 hours.
Step 2 Prepare the chilli chicken masala
After 1-2 hours, take out the marinade. Next, heat oil in a deep pan over a high flame. Carefully place the chicken pieces in the oil until cooked through. Remove and drain excess oil on absorbent paper. Meanwhile, heat 1 or 2 tbsps of oil in a separate pan over medium flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the onions and fry for 2-3 minutes till they turn translucent. Then add the and green chillies and mix well again. You can also add some dry roasted green chillies to accentuate the taste. Moreover, If you prefer the dish extra spicy, you can also add some vinegar-soaked green chillies to this recipe, as it adds to the taste and flavour. (optional).Add All Sauces and cook

When the veggies are partially cooked, add soy sauce, vinegar, chicken and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and make sure that the chicken is well coated in the sauces. Keep stirring so that the chicken does not stick to the pan.

Rice boiled. 2- 1/2 or 3 piyali
Freeze vegetables. 1 packet
Potatoes. 2 Tbsp
Peas. 2 Tbsp
Carrots. 2 Tbsp
Eggs. 2
Butter.Oil 3 tbsp
Oil. 2 tbsp
Dark mashroom soya sauce. 2 tbsp
premium Soya Sauce 2
Red hot garlic sirracha sauce. 3 to 4 tbsp
vinegar. 2 tbsp
Sesame oil. 1 tbsp
vinegar. 3 tbsp
Garlic crush. 3 to 4 cloves
Chicken cube. 1
Basil leaves Or Thyme leaves. for varnish
Premierem soya sauce. 2 tbsp
Mango Habanero Sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken Cubes 1
Method
Heated oil and butter add garlic and 1 minute cook. Then add freezes vegetables and cook .
Then add eggs and cook then mix. Cook high heat. Then add all 1 tbsp sauces and cook then add rice and add all rest of sauces and Cook for 5 minutes. Then serve with green Chilli Sauce & Chilli Garlic Sauce
