 Ginger Garlic Paste. 1,1 Tbsp
2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 large onion
salt as required

 Chicken Polao Stock Cubes. 2 * All Spice Powder. 1 Tbsp
6 cup water How to make Mong Dal Khichdi * 
To prepare this yummy rice recipe, first, wash the rice in running water and then soak in water for about 20-25 minutes. Next, wash the Mong dal in running water and keep it aside
When the rice is soaked, take a saucepan, add oil to it and heat on medium flame. Then, add cumin seeds, garlic, fennel seeds, ginger in the pan and saute for a minute or two.
Next, add sliced onion to the pan and saute until the onion is transparent. Add salt and Add Chicken Polao Cubes , Cloves , Black Pepper Corn to the pan and cook for about 30-40 seconds. Then, add the 2 Cups of Water make stock and cook for about 2-5 minutes, and then add two cups of water to the pan and stir to mix well all the ingredients.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook the Mong dal for 4-5 minutes until tender. Now, add basmati rice and Mong All together to the pan and mix well with all the other ingredients. Add the rest of the water and cover the pan once again with the lid, cook the rice and dal until the water is completely absorbed.
Open the lid in between to check whether the rice is done or not. When the khichdi is cooked, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with fresh curd or Shangrila Mixed pickle and salad. Enjoy!
