MUTTON KARAHI BIRYANI
Ingredients :
Mutton.................... 3 Pao, Veil, Beef
Rice........................ 3 Pao
Ginger garlic paste.....1,1 tbsp
Shan Biryani Masala.......... 2tbsp
Shan Karahi Masala..............2 tbsp
Dry plum.................. 5 to 6 nos
Milk........................ 1/4 cup
Orange color.......... . pinch
Crush Cumin seeds... 1 tsp
Red pepper Powder..1 tsp
Salt...........................1 tsp
Yogart.......................3 tbsp
Tomato......................2 nos
Vinagar...................... 4tbsp
Onion........................1nos
Oil............................. Half Cup
Green Chillies.............For garnish
Brown fry onion..........For garnish
Corriender leaves....... For garnish
Mint leaves.................For garnish

Method :
Boil mutton with vinagar and salt and ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp in 5 cups water till mutton fully cook.
Heated oil add onion fry till lightly brown add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add mutton and saute, add biryani masala, dry lums, red chilli powder, salt yogart , tomato and simmer
till done.Keep mutton gravy thick.
In a steep pan pour little oil for grease the pan and made leyers of rice and mutton.First leyer is rice pour
mutton gravy than brown onion, mint leaves, corrender leaves, green chillies.Repeat all leyers till done
In the top add milk with orange color pour milk and orange color in to biryani, corriender , mint, brown onion and make dum in rice.Keep tawa in the bottom of the pan and make dum.
make dum 5 minutes in high flame than 10 minutes dum for low flame.
Serve with Raita and green chatni. Serve 5 to 8 people.
