Imli ki Katti Methi Chatni Recipe :Sumaira Kanwal Naqvi Ingredients : Temrind Pulp. 1 Bottle Brown Sugar. 1 Cup Crush Red Flakes. 1 Tbsp Salt. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice. 2 Tbsp Dry Ginger Powder. 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder. 1 Tsp Black Sal Kala Salt. 1 Tsp How To Make Imli Ki Katti Meethi Chatni METHOD: 1. Put a little water in tamarind and heat in Flame for 3-4 minutes. 2. If Imli with Seeds when it cools down squeeze all the pulp, in the remaining tamarind again add a little water and squeeze again so as to get all of the tamarind pulp. 3. Add Temrind Pulp with 1 Cup of Water add Brown Sugar and cook. Then add salt, Crush red flakes, ginger powder, garlic powder , black salt and cook till thick sauce. 4. When they are roasted add sugar in it. 5. Add the tamarind pulp and let it cook, when bubbles start rising pour it in the serving bowl. 6. It will become thicker once cooled down.
