Ingredients :
Chicken Bonless : Half kg
Crush Garlic : 1 Tbsp
Crush Ginger. : 1 Tbsp
Tityaki Sauce. : 3 Tbsp
Soya Sauce. : 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce : 3 Tbsp
Peri Peri Chilli : 1 Tbsp
Peri Peri Seasoning : 2 Tbsp
White Vinegar. : 2 Tbsp
Olive Oil. : 3 Tbsp
Crush Red Flakes : 1 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder : 1 Tsp
Salt : Pinch
Sesame Oil. : 2 Tbsp
Spring Onion Green Onion : 2 Tbsp for Garnish
Seseme Seeds : 2 Tbsp
Method :
Chicken breasts: use boneless skinless. Chicken thighs will work great too, just cook a little longer.
* Olive oil: Vegetable oil can be used here as well.
* Low-sodium soy sauce: You can also use 2 1/2 Tbsp standard soy sauce with 1 1/2 Tbsp water.
Honey: If you don’t have this you can use more brown sugar.
How To Make Teriyaki Chicken
1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok.Add Chicken Cook Till Light Golden.Then Add Crush Garlic and cook for 1 Minute then Add Crush Ginger and cook.Then Add Black pepper powder, Crush re flakes and Tityaki Sauce and Cook. Add Capsicum and Cook.
2. Add chicken and let cook (giving space between pieces) until slightly browned on bottom then flip chicken pieces over and cook through.
3. While the chicken is cooking whisk together the teriyaki sauce mixture.
4. Pour sauce into the skillet once the chicken is just nearly finished cooking through and let the sauce cook and simmer until thickened.
5. Easy as that! Serve it warm over white rice with steamed veggies.
