Mutti Kabab With Raita :

Ingredients
* Beef/Mutton mince. 1 kg
* Chili powder. 1 Tsp
* Coriander powder. 1 Tbsp
* Cumin seeds. 1 Tbsp
* Onion chopped 1
* Ginger Garlic Paste 1,1 Tbsp
* Pomegranate Seeds. 2 Tbsp
* Bhune Channe Powder. Half Cup
* Ingredients for Gravy
* Onion 2
* Tomatoes 3-4
* Oil 4 Tbsp
* Green chilies 3 – 4
* Chili powder 1-1/2 Tsp
* Crushed red pepper ½ Tsp
* Coriander powder 1 Tbsp
* Turmeric 1/ 4 Tsp
* Coriander leaves ½ Bunch
* Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp

* Cumin seed. 1 Tbsp

Method
* For kabab, chopperize together 1 kg beef/Mutton mince, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion and salt to taste.
* Remove mixture in bowl, make small kababs with your palm. Now shallow fry till golden brown.
* For gravy heat 1 cup oil in a wok, add in 2 chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.
* Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry very well.
* Now add 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 /4 tsp Turmeric, 1 tbsp cumin seeds and salt to taste. Fry well.
