Mutti Kabab Karahi REcipe Sumaira Kanwal Naqvi : Ingredienta : Mutton/Beef/Chicken 1 Kg Crush Red Flakes. 1 Tbsp Jazza Seekh Kabab Masala. 2 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds 1 Tbsp Bune Channe. half Cup Cumin Seeds 1 Tbsp red pepper powder 2 Tsp Onion Paste Kachhi Pissi Payaz. Ginger Garlic Paste 1,1 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder 1 Tbsp Oil. for Frying All Spice Powder 1 Tbsp Method : chopperize the mutton/Beef/chickenMince Add all ingredients and grind and Aur Mutti main le kar Kababs bana lain and then make karahi. The mince put palm of hand and make kababs fry kababs and make karahi. Make Karahi Method : Method Heated oil add onion and fry till golden then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute then add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes tender and soft. Then add all spices and cook. In other pan fry all seekh kabab till golden and add in gravy and cook for 5 minutes ,Koyele ka dhuawan dena hai. Then temper sekh kabab masala and add green chillies and lemon juice. In the end add corriader leaves garnish with lemon slices green chilies and serve. Method * For kabab, chopperize together 1 kg beef/Mutton mince, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion and salt to taste. * Remove mixture in bowl, make small kababs with your palm. Now shallow fry till golden brown. * For gravy heat 1 cup oil in a wok, add in 2 chopped onion and sauté till golden brown. * Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry very well. * Now add 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 /4 tsp Turmeric, 1 tbsp cumin seeds and salt to taste. Fry well. * Then add 3 chopped tomatoes and 3 – 4 chopped green chilies. * Cook till gravy thickens, now add fried kababs and mix gently. * Dish it out, garnish with ½ bunch of coriander leaves, serve hot.
