Ingredients * 1Chicken 1 kg * Ginger Garlic Paste. 1,1 Tbsp * Red Chili flakes. 6 Tbsp * Salt 1 Tsp * Oil (For Frying) Ingredients For Chicken For Chuttni (Sauce) Mayo Classic Dipitt 3 Tbsp * Spicy Mayo Dipitt. 3 Tbsp * Mango Habanero Sauce 2 Tbsp * Red Hot Sauce. 2 tbsp * Black Pepper powder. 1 Tsp * Salt. Pinch Method : 1. Mix all ingredients of Sauce 
 Take chicken Pieces and whole Chicken open it from breast side to make one piece and make deep cuts in flesh parts 
 2 .Mix garlic juice with chili flakes and salt Apply this mixture on the chicken thoroughly. Apply inside the cuts as well. You may apply some more chili flakes as well 1. Keep it in freezer for Overnight .
 2. Heat oil in a pan with flat bottom according to the size of your chickenTest the oil by throwing a small part of chicken in the oil. If it pops up the oil is ready
 3. Lower the heat to medium and place the marinated chicken in the oil. The level of oil should be such that half of the chicken is dip in the oil. Do not cover while frying. Also, apply the left over marinade Fry over medium heat for 12 minutes. Flip the side and let the other side cook for 10 minutes Take it out, strain the oil and strain out the left over chili flakes rich with chicken flavor in the oil and serve with the roast and Chicken Pieces . Serve hot with Sauce Pair it with Naan and you'll have a great lunch/dinner
