Jazaa Triditional Bombay CHICKEN BIRYANI 2021

Jazaa Triditional Bombay CHICKEN BIRYANI : Ingredients : Chicken                      1-1/2 kg Rice                            1 Kg Onion                           1 Large Ginger garlic Paste        1,1 Tbsp Cloves                           5 Black cardamon            2 Green Cardamon            5 Biryani Masala Jazaa Bombay biryani   half Packet Corriender leaves            few leaves Mint Leaves                    1 bunch Green Chillies                   5 to 6 Tomato                            3 Dahi                                 2-3 Tbsp Orange color                    2 Tsp Fried Onion                      1 Cup Oil                                    Half Cup Biryani Essence                 1 Tsp Yellow Collar. 1 Drop Zafran Essence. 1 Drop Method : Wash and soak rice for 1 hour and set aside. And wash chicken In a pan heat oil fry chicken till golden.and set aside. Heated oil add cloves, black & green cardamon and fry onion till golden. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute, add chicken and biryani masala blend tomatoes with dahi and add chicken mixture and cook till tender and than off flame and set aside. Boil rice add few mint and black pepper corn 5 to 6 and boiled rice than drain rice and set aside. In a pan add some oil add 1 layer of rice than pour chicken mixture on rice and fried onion, green chillies, mint & corriender leaves and repeat all procedure and for 2nd layer and than 3rd layer than all layers complete. in the end pour biryani essence orange color and kewra essence few drops and make dum to rice. 5 minutes low flame than 10 minutes for high flame.Keep tawa in a bottom of pan and make dam (cook on low flame. Serve with green chatni and raita.
