Dosa With Aloo Filling & Coconut Chatni

Ingredients :
Rice. 1 Cup
Maash daal 1 Cup
Methi Dana. 1/4 tsp
Rice flakes poha 1/4 Cup
ReadyMade Dosa Better 1 Cup
Water 1 Cup
Potatoes 4-5
Decisnated Coconut 1 Cup
Green Chillies. 5-6
Crush Red Flakes 1 Tbsp
Garlic Cloves. 4-5
Salt. 1 Tsp
Mint Leaves. 10-15 Leaves
For Temper :
Curry Leaves. 5-6
Onions. 1 Medium
Button Red Chillies. 3-4
Cumin Seeds. 1 Tsp
Green Chillies. 4-5
Method :
Wash and soak rice over night then blend in morning
Blend rice and maash daal 1 by 1 then mix both with rice flakes poha and methi dana and again leave for fermentation for till evening . Then nice fermented add some water if batter thick and flat fry pan heated and make dosas .
Make potato meshed and heated oil add rai Dana , kari patta , coriander leaves, crush red pepper green chillies and make potato masala.
I make 2 to 3 dosa with potato masala and 2 for just add onion chop tomato paste green paste and coriander leaves.
Isi batter se Maine idli banayi bas batter main
Eno fruit salt add kiya 1 tsp then silicon mold
Main bake liye aap steamer main steam. Bhi kar sakte gain then serve with potato masala and green chatni
