Ingredients :

Mong Daal Yellow Lentil : 2 Cups
Baking Powder : 1 Tsp
Salt. : 1 Tsp
Gram Flour : 1 Kg
Gram Flour. : 2 Cups
Baking Powder : 1 Tsp
Salt : 1 Tsp
Green Mint Chatni : Mint : 1 Bunch
Green Chillies. : 8-10
Pomegranate : 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds. : 1 Tbsp
Garlic Cloves : 5-6
Method :
Boil Chickpeas and Freeze In air tight container.
Boil Red Beans and Freeze in air tight container.
Add gram flour in a bowl add cumin seeds, Ajwain, red pepper powder,
Crush Red Flakes, Turmeric powder, Chaat Masala ,Garlic Powder, store in a
Air Tight container.
Add Gram flour , Salt, baking powder in a bowl add eater and make a
Mixture paste make bloondies AND Store in a air tight container.
Soak and wash yellow lentil 2 Cups. Add Yellow Lentil , Sal, Baking powder in a bowl and blend and fry bhallas and store in a air tight container.
Make paper add oil add samosa Patti fry and store in a air tight Container
