NIHARI : Shan Masala Mutton Nihari
Mutton Nihari Today's lunch or dinner
Ingredients :
Leg meat Bones 1 Kg
Ginger garlic Paste 1,1 Tbsp
Tomato paste 3 tbsp.
Nihari Masala. 2 -3 tbsp
Homemade: Masla :
Clover , 5. cinnamon stick. 2, black and green cardamom. 2, 2
Cinnamon stick Dar chini 2 sticks
Black cardimon 2
Black pepper corn 6
Fried Onion 3 large for Garnishing
Fried onion 1 large for gravy
red pepper 1 -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 Tbsp
Termeric Powder. 1/4 Tsp
Crush Zeera 1 tsp
Wheat Flour. 1 cup
METHOD :
Boil the Mutton Add Garlic, Ginger Cook till fully Tender.
Heated oil in a pan add meat leg
meat till meat for Nihari golden and meat
Than Heat oil in a Pan add onion and fry till golden.Add ginger garlic paste add, add salt , red pepper powder 2 tsp, termeric powder, 1/4 tsp, coriander powder 2 tbsp, 2 tbsp Shan nihari Masala ,
All spice powder ,1 tbsp , yogurt 1/4 cup, tomatoPaste 3 tbsp and cook then add 9 cups of water and cook till meat fully done then add wheat Wheat flour and cornflour I add cornflour and cook more 15 minutes garnish with coriander leaves, green chillies , Ginger slices and lemon slices and serve.
