Ingredients :

- Butter 125 g
- Flour 125 g
- Caster Sugar 125g
- Eggs 3
- Baking powder 1,1/2 Tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 Tsp
- Cake Crumb. 2 Tbsp
- Coffee 1 Tbsp
- Water. 1 Tbsp
- Dry Milk Powder. 3 Tbsp
- Ingredients for icing:
- Butter. 2 Tbsp
- Shortning. 150 g
- icing Sugar 200g
- Coffee. 1 Tbsp
- Water. 1 Tbsp

Method for cake:
- Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy, add in 1 egg at a time, continue to beat well, alternating with sieved flour and baking powder mixture till all eggs has been added, lastly fold in the remaining flour and vanilla essence, fold lightly. Spread mixture in a well greased 8 inch round pan and bake on 180°C for 30 minutes, remove cake from tin,cool cake.
Cut little from top to make it even and make crumbs from that removed cake.
Cut cake from center, spread with prepared icing, sandwich the second piece on top, cover the whole cake with icing.
And then cover cake sides with cake crumbs.
Method for icing:
Add in a bowl , butter, Shortning , Icing Sugar and beat , Add vanilla essence , coffee Mixture and beat till creamy , beat well with beater until light and fluffy, add coffee and mix well.
