Ingredients For Korma :

 Chicken Korma

Ingredients :

Meat  : Mutton/Beef/Chicken.        1 kg

Onions      3 Slices                                           3-4

Ginger Garlic Paste                          1,1 tbsp

Yogurt                                                half kg

Almonds                                           10-15

Tomato paste                                   2 tbsp

Korma masala                                  2 Tbsp

Coriander powder                             1 Tbsp

Termeric powder                                1/4 Tsp

Green Chillies                                    5-8 for garnish

Coriander Leaves                      1 bunch.   For garnish

Oil                                                  1/4 cup

Ginger julienne nne                             For garnish

Method :

Add Oil Then Fry The Chicken and Set aside.

  1. Heat the oil, fry onions till golden brown, take out spread on paper then crush.
  2. Add mutton, Chicken, Beef  cook till golden and water dry.
  3. Add meat, ginger garlic paste, stirring frequently on medium heat till the water dries.in case of mutton ,beef , Veil Add 4 Cups of Water.
  4. Add salt, red pepper powder, turmeric powder , All spice powder and Korma Masala 2 tbsp and Yugurt. Reduce heat and cook until the meat is tender ( Add 3-5 cups Water for mutton and beef , in case of chicken add 1 cup water)
  5. Add crushed onions and simmer for 5 minutes or until the oil separates from masala.
  6. Delicious Korma is ready.Garniah with Almonds, Green chillies, coriander, mint leaves , ginger julienne , serve with Naan and Taftan and chapati.


Method For Biryani :

Chicken   1 Kg

Rice. 🍚. 4 payali
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Lemon juice   2 Tbsp
Shan Korma  masala.   2 Tbsp
Shan  Biryani  masala. 2 tbsp
Vinegar. 1 Tbsp

Oil. Half cup 🍶
For Rice

Onions.                        3 Slices
Ginger garlic paste.   2.  Tbsp
Tomato 🍅 paste.        3 Tbsp
 Korma masala shan.  2 Tbsp
Dry plum.                      10- 15
Biryani essence.           1tsp
Yellow color.                   1 Tsp
Orange. 🍊 color.           1 Tsp
Coriander leaves.          Half bunch
Green chillies.                      5-10 
Mint. Leaves.                   Half bunch
Lemon slices.                2 lemons 

Korma Essence.           1 Tsp

Biryani Essence.          1 Tsp
Method.
Make Korma
Boil rice 🍚 and set aside
In a pan add oil and add green cardamom , black cardamom, star anice ,and add onion and fry till golden then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute . Add Biryani masala tomato paste and cook add chicken  and off the flame and smoke the coal in pan and cover the lid then leave the chicken pieces.
Then layer the rice .
Grease the pan with oil then layer the rice then layer tandoori gravy then again rice.
Then top add green ingredients Corriander mint leaves and green chillies biryani essence, yellow and orange 🍊 color , Kara Essence and make a temper for 5 minutes in high flame then 10 minutes for high flame . Serve with yogurt Raita and green chatting
