Ingredients
  • Half kg chicken
  • 1/2 cup oil or ghee
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • ONION paste.          2 small 
  • 6 green chilies,   5-8
  • 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Tomato Paste 2-3 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
Method :

  1. Heat oil in a   karahi.
  2. Add Chicken fry till golden.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add salt, Crush red flakes, turmeric powder in a 1 cup water and cook.
  5. Then place chicken in it and cook for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
  6. Put tomatoes and green chilies in it.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cover with a lid and simmer for 25 minutes on low flame.
  9. Turn the heat off.
  10. Take it out in a serving bowl.
  11. Sprinkle coriander leaves over it.
  12. Peshawari Karahi is ready to serve.
  13. Serve with Naan and chapat
