Chocolate Cake

Sugar. 4 oz
Flour. 4 oz
Baking powder. 1 tsp
Vanilla essences. 1 tsp
Chocolate Ganash
Chocolate ganash. 200 g
Dark chocolate chips. 200 g
Cream. 1 cup
Method
Preheated oven for 180c degree. Line your pan with butter paper.Grease your pan with oil.
Beat eggs till eggs double in volumn. add caster sugar gardually1 spoon at a time add vanilla essence and beat.Than fold flour mixture with rubber spatula.
Mix all mixture very well. pour mixture in a pan
Bake for 180 c degree for 20 to 30 minutes.
Than Frosting with whipping crean cut cake into 2 pieces
spread whipped cream in center than put another piece of cake and sprinkles and
Decorated with chocolate ganash and serve.
