Christmas sugar Biscuits with Royal icing

Ingredients
Eggs. 2
Butter. 200 g. 1- 1/2 cup
Caster sugar. 200 g 1-1/2 cup
Vanilla essence. 1 tsp
Flour. 400 g
Baking powder. 1-1/2 tsp
Salt. pinch
Method
Beat butter and sugar till fully and creamy then
Add 1 by 1 2eggs and beat 5 minutes then add
Vanilla essence and beat then add flour mixture
and beat then knead the dough with hands sprinkle
some flour and keep in fridge for 1 hour then
roll the dough with rolling pin and cut the dough with different cutters and bake for 180 degree
For 10 minutes then made decoration with royal
Icing and serve.
royal icing ingredients
Egg. 1
icing sugar. 5 cups
meriang powder. 3 tbsp
lemon juice. 1 tbsp
Cream of tartar. 1 tsp optional
Method
Beat egg and sugar then add meriang powder then add lemon juice and beat add vanilla essence and
Beat then decorated royal icing in the sugar cookie
Made different decorations and serve.
