Green Chicken Biryani
Ingredients :

Rice 3 pao piyaliChicken half kg
Onion 2 medium
Ginger garlic 1,1 tbsp
biryani Masala. 2 tbsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Tomato puri 2 tbsp
Biryani essence 1 tsp
Green color pinch
Green Masala Ingredients :
Green chillies 8 to 10
Corrinder leaves 1 bunch leaves
Basil leaves. 15 leaves
Mint leaves. 1 bunch
Oil half Cup
Method :
Boiled rice and set aside.
Heated oil fry chicken till golden and set aside.
Heated oil fry onion till brown than add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Than add biryani masala, tomato puri, yogurt , salt , red pepper half tsp, add chicken and cook for 5 minutes and cover a lid and cook till yogurt water dries.
Than make layers of rice than green chicken layers Make 2 or 3 layers and top layer add colors , add green color and than sprinkle biryani essence, green chillies and corriender leaves.
Temper biryani for 5 minutes for high flame than 5 minutes in low flame .
Garnish with green chillies and corriender leaves and serve.
Serve with green chatni and raita.
