Method :
In a bowl mix all dough ingredients and knead. And for rise 2 to 3 hours and set aside.
In a pan adf 2 tbsp oil and fry sauceges for 2 minutes. And set aside.
Cook capsicum shimla mirch and set aside.
Take dough and punch down dough and make round roti a d set in a pizza tray and add all ingredients with chedder cheese and mozzarella cheese, Sundried tomatoes, capsicum jellopino pepper etc.
Firstly grease your pizza pan keep dough roti in it and brush pizza sauce and tomato katchup.
Bake for 220 C for 15 minutes.
