Spicy Grilled Cajun prawns with Tomato

Ingredients
Prawns. Half kg
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Green chilli paste. 8
Fish
đ fry masala. 2 tbsp
Cajun spice 3 tbsp
Vinegar. 3 tbsp
Lemon juice. 3 tbsp
Black pepper. 1 tbsp
Cornflour. 3 tbsp
Sumac powder. 1 tsp
Salsa ingredients
Tomatoes. 4
Cucamber. 1
Green chillies. 4
Garlic crush. 4
Olive oil. 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves. Half bunch
Black peppers. 1 tsp
Lemon juice. 2 tbsp
Salad leaves. As required garnish
Method
Wash prawns with salt and vinegar.
In a bowl
đ add all ingredients with prawns and marinate for 1 hours.
Make salsa cut all ingredients and cool INA fridge.
Then put prawns in a shashlik sticks sticks soak on water then grill all prawns and serve in a platter garnish platter with salad leaves and serve and enjoy
