Chicken Dhaba karahi
Chicken. 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Yogurt. Half cup
Onions. 2 medium
Ginger slices. 1 tbsp
Green chillies coriander leaves for garnish
Method
Heated oil add chicken meat and fry till golden then add onions cook till onions soft then add Ginger garlic paste and 3 tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes and add termeric , red chilli flakes,cumin crush and coriander crush and cook then yogurt dahi and cook till all ingredients soft and then make bhunai till oil separate from center of pan then garnish with lemon slices, ginger Julienne green chillies and coriander leaves .
