Butter chicken

Ingredients
Chicken half kg
Onion. 1 medium chop
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Tomato puri. 3 tbsp
Lemon juice. 2 lemons
Cream. 2 tbsp
Vinegar. 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder. 1 tsp
White pepper. 1 tsp
All spice powder. 1 tsp
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes. 1 tsp
Green chilli paste. 1 tbsp
Poppy seeds. 1 tsp
Butter. 4 tbsp
Oil. 2 tbsp
Method
In a pan heated butter and oil add chicken and fry till light golden then leave from pan.
Add butter and oil in a pan and add onion and saute onion for 1 minute till soft
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute till raw smell of garlic remove.
Then add tomato puri and green chilli & poppy seeds paste and cook and add all sizzilling spices and cook more 2 to 3 minutes and keep stirring then cover a lid and add some water and simmer for 5 minutes .
Then chicken temper and oil leaves from center and ( bhun jaye chicken)then off the heat and add lemon juice and cream and butter 2 tbsp. garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies and serve.
Serve with Naan
