Seskh kabab leftover seekh kabab
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Tomatoes. 4
Yougart. 4 tbsp
Crush red pepper. 2 tsp
Salt. 1 tsp
Turmeric. 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves. Half bunch
Green chillies. 8
Method
Heated oil add onion and fry till golden then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute then add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes tender and soft. Then add all spices and cook.
In other pan fry all seekh kabab till golden and add in gravy and cook for 5 minutes ,
Then temper sekh kabab masala and add green chillies and lemon juice.
In the end add corriader leaves garnish with lemon slices green chilies and serve.
