Mutton goat leg. Half Kg
Onion 1 Large
Rice. 2 piyali
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Tomatoes. 2
Arabic masala. 2 tbsp
Whole spices. 2 tbsp
All spice powder. 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste. 1 tbsp
Almonds. 2 tbsp
Pistashio. 2 tbsp
Pine nuts. 2 tbsp
Mint leaves. Few
Pizza dough 2 cups Flour Yeast. 1 packet, Salt 1 tsp, Oil 3 Tbsp, Dry milk powder tbsp

Method
Firstly cook mutton add all ingredients with arabic masala onion ginger garlic paste green chilli paste tomatoes and cook till mutton tender then add all nuts rice and peas and cook till rice done and water dries then off the flame.
leave the dough in warm place till rice then rolling dough like a round roti and spread in a bowl and put rice with nuts and peas and make a ball and cover fully then bake for 180 or 200 degree for 15 minutes and serve.
