Fajitas tortillas with with taco seasoning and tomato salsa

Ingredients 
Beef mince. Half kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Freeze vegetables red ,yellow capsicum, baby corn, carrot etc
Taco seasoning 1 tbsp
Black pepper. 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Tortillas. 8 roties
Chadder cheese pamesan cheese. 1 cup
Sauce ingredients
Hot sirracha sauce. 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce red sirracha sauce. 1 tbsp
Method
Make sauce mix all sauces and set aside.
Make salsa add in bowl tomatoes 2, green chillies 3 , coriander leaves , few leaves, garlic cloves. 3, lemon juice. 2 tbsp
Olive oil. 2 tbsp,and set aside.
Make mince filling add all vegetables taco seasoning black pepper ginger garlic paste and mix .
Microwave 1 minute .
Then make tortillas berritoes style and gease pan with oil and spread making sauce and keep all tortillas and top spring both cheeses and spread sauce and bake for 180 degree for 10 minutes and serve.
