Ingredients
Mutton leg meat. 1kg
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Yogurt. 3/4 cup
Red pepper powder. 1 tsp
All spice powder. 1 tbsp
Green cardamom powder 4
Zafran essence or strands. 1 tsp
Kewra essence. 1 drop
Almonds. 1/3 cup
Onion. 3 medium
Method
Heated oil add onion and fry till golden then leave from pan and set aside.
Heated oil add mutton and fry till light golden then add ginger garlic paste and cook for five minutes then add corriender powder, whole spices grinded blackpepper corn , cloves and green cardamom ,red pepper powder, yogurt , qorma masala 2 tbsp and ginger slices cook then add onion mesh with hands and cook till oil leave from center then add mutton stock or water 4 cups cook till mutton tender.
Then mutton fully tender add almond paste and all spice powder and cook make a dam to mutton for low flame for 10 minutes .
Zaffran mix in milk and set aside.
In the end add zafran , kewra essence. Dishout and garnish with almonds, green chillies and ginger serve.
