Ingredients for filo dough
Flour. 2 Cups 🍶
Baking powder 1 tsp
Egg. 1
Sugar. 1 tbsp
Vinegar. 1 tbsp
Oil. 1 tbsp
Corn flour. As required

Knead dough with hands or machine then dough divide into 4 parts then cut more parts and make small balls and roll very thin roti
Bahut patli roti banani hai kaisi filo sheet hoti hai phir cornflour aur flour ko mix karain aur roti banate jayain aur us per ye mixture sprinkle karain take rotiyaan aapas main chipke nahi.
Isi tarha sari rotiyaan bana main
Pistachio filling
Piste. 200 g
Sugar. 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
Sugar syrup ingredients
Sugar. Half Cup 🍶
Water.  🌊. Half Cup 🍶
Vanilla essence. 1 tsp
Lemon juice. 1 tbsp
Method :
Jab sheets ban jayain tu ab aik baking pan ya payrex ki dish ko grease karain aur Filo sheet ki layer lagayain us ko achi tarha butter se grease karna hai Isi tarha 8 sheets ya 5 sheets ki layer lagayain phir pistachio filling lagayain doobara 5 ya 8 filo sheets ki layar lagayain doobara pistachio filling aur again repeat the process end tak karain .
Aur bake for 35 to 40 minutes 190 degree ya 180 degree
Jab bake ho jaye tu foran hi sugar syrup daalna hai aur 6 hours ke liye rakh dain aur phir. Apni pasand ki shape main last kar serve karain
