Ingredients For Tikka merinate
Chicken Tikka pieces 6
Rice.  πŸš. 4 payali
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Lemon juice. 6- 8
Shan tikka masala. 1 packet
Shan tandoori masala. 2 tbsp
Vinegar. 3 -4tbsp
Oil. Half cup πŸΆ
For Rice
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp
Tomato πŸ… paste. 1 tbsp
Tandoori masala shan. Half packet
Dry plum. 10
Biryani essence. 1 tbsp
Yellow color. 1 Tsp
Orange.  πŸŠ color. 1 tsp
Coriander leaves. Half bunch
Green chillies. 4
Mint. Leaves. Half bunch
Lemon slices. 2 lemons 
Method.
Merinate chicken πŸ” Tikka pieces In a bowl πŸœ mix all ingredients and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
Boil rice πŸš and set aside 
Baked chicken Tikka pieces in oven for 200 degree for 40 minutes in 20 minutes change the side of chicken and again bake for other 20 minutes.
In a pan add oil and add green cardamom , black cardamom, star anice ,and add onion and fry till golden then add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute . Add tandoori masala tomato paste and cook add chicken Tikka picecs and off the flame and smoke the coal in pan and cover the lid then leave the chicken Tikka pieces.
Then layer the rice .
Grease the pan with oil then layer the rice then layer tandoori gravy then again rice.
Then top add green ingredients Corriander mint leaves and green chillies biryani essence, yellow and orange πŸŠ color and make a damp temper for 5 minutes in high flame then 10 minutes for high flame . Serve with yogurt Raita and green chatting
