Gujarati Kadhi Recipe
Ingredients
Dahi. Curd. 1-1/2 Cup ๐ถ
Besan gramflour 2-1/2 tbsp
Crush cumin. 1 tsp
Haldi termeric. Half tsp
Ginger garlic paste with green ๐ chillies ๐ธ 1 tbsp 4 to 5 chillies
Brown sugar. 1 tsp
Water. 2 cups ๐ถ
For temper tarka.
Mustered seeds. 1 tsp
Cumin seeds. 1 tsp
Curry leaves. 4 to 5
Red ๐ chillies 3
Oil. 3 tbsp
Red pepper powder. Half tso
Method
Mix curd with all ingredients in a bowl ๐ and well mix with whisk then add water ๐ and again whisk and on heat and cook till done and cook .
Make tarka temper and add in the kadhi and serve.
Gujarati Daal
Ingredients
Arhar daal pigeon lentil. 1 piyali
Tomatoes ๐ . 3
Peanuts. 5
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp
Green chillies. 5 make a paste add ginger garlic
Coriander cumin powder. 1 tbsp
Brown sugar. 1 tbsp
Red pepper powder. 2 tbsp
Termeric. Powder. Half tsp
Hing. Pinch
Imli paste suri. 2 tbsp
Curry leaves. Few 5 to 6
Red peppers. 4 to 5
Mustered seeds. 1 tsp
Methi seeds. 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves. For garnish
Lemon juice. 1 lemon
Method
Boil lentil with tomatoes ๐ red peppers , peanuts and salt in pressure cooker till done 25 to 30 minutes then blend
In pan add blend lentil then add ginger garlic paste, coriander Cumin's powder, red pepper powder. 1 tsp, Termeric powder, Brown sugar and Cook then add imli paste and add tarka
And serve. Garnish with coriander leaves
