Ingredients
2 9" Cakes & 2 vanilla sponge & 2 Chocolate sponge Cake 8 " Cakes Cakes Assembling
Eggs 50 nos
Caster Sugar 50 ounce
Flour 30 ounce
Baking powder 12 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence. 4tbsp
Chocolate Essence 2 Tbsp
Whippy Whip Cream 4 Packets
Prime Chocolate. Half Packet
Yellow food color
Cake Tools :
Round Nozzle tip
Petal nozzle tip IM
Gold Luster dust
Brush for ouster dust

Ingredients For Cussion Cake
French Vanilla Cake Mix 1 Packet
Eggs 3 nos
OIL HALF Cup
Milk Half Cup
Prime Chocolate Half Cup
Whipy Whip Cream 1 Packet
Method For Dholki Cake
Beat eggs , gradually add sugar 1 tbsp at a time , beat eggs 15 minutes becomes double in volume.
Add vanilla & chocolate essence and fold flour mixture with spatula and hands and well mix all mixture up and down clockwise. Pour mixture in 2 9' pans and 4 8" pans.
Preheated oven 180 C degree and bake cake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Inserted toothpick or cake tester in centre of a cake becomes comes out clean.
Cool in a wire rack.
Melt chocolate and set in chocolate mold to make mehndi design. Chill in fridge.
I Make 2, 2 cakes at a time. I bake total 6 cakes for making "Dholki Cake"
2. Crumbcoat cakes and chill and cool in fridge. for half an hour. All 6 cakes
3.Then in cake board combine 2 9" cakes spread whip whip cream.
4. I used 4 big dowels on either sides use more if desired. Combine all 6 cakes with dowels.
5.Whipped the cream and melt chocolate .
6. Cut and shape the dholki cake
7.Crumb coat dholki cake with whip whip cream and cut 1 side of cake to set in cake board and plaster the entire cake and chill in fridge for half an hour.

White color petal nozzle tip used in both sides of cake and centre to make dholki.
Decorate with chocolate mend design. Spread chocolate design with luster dust with the brush .

Method For Cussion Cake :
Beat all ingredients and pour in a squre 8" pan.
Then cut in a cushion shape and spread whipped cream in a top keep purse and seedless making with chocolate and serve.
