Bubbly Chicken Tikka Pizza

Ingredients For Dough 
Flour. 3 Cups
Yeast. 1 packet 11g
Dry milk powder 3 tbsp
Oil. 4 tbsp
Egg. 1
Salt. 1 tsp
Sugar. 2 tbsp
Warm milk or water. Half Cup+ 2 tbsp
Method :
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or mixing machine and knead the dough add warm water or milk till knead well the dough. Dough is want to very soft not knead hard dough. And leave dough for 2 to 3 hours in a warm place. Tap dough to 8 times and wrap in plastic wrap and leave.
Ingredients For filling
Chicken Tikka Chunks. 8 chop
Capsicum. 1
Sweet corn. 2 to 3 tbsp
Mushrooms. 5 slices
Olives. 5 to 6
Onion. 1 medium slices
Chedder cheese. 1 cup
Pamesan cheese. 1 cup
Red chilli garlic sauce. For spread
Red chilli crush. For sprinkle
Black pepper powder. For sprinkle
Salt. For sprinkle
Oregano leaves. For sprinkle
Method
Punch down the dough.
Make. Small 8 to 10 balls .
Fry chicken chunks. Cut chop capsicum. Slice onion ,mushroom, and set aside.
Roll round the pizza dough and make round roti and spread in pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce or red chilli garlic sauce and pamesan cheese and leave for 1 hour for second profing. Again leave for rise pizza then put all filling ingredients. Spread red , black pepper and salt both cheeses .
And oregano then bake pizza for 190 to 200 degree For 15 minutes
