Ingredients
Mutton leg meat. Half kg
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp...
Yogurt. 1 cup
Degi mirch paste. 4
Red pepper powder. 1 tsp
Termeric powder. Half tsp
Coriander powder. 2 tbsp
All spice powder. 1 tbsp
Shah zeera kala zeera. 1 tsp
Green cardamom powder 4
Zafran essence or strands. 1 tsp
Kewra essence. 1 drop
Almonds. 1 tbsp
Onion. 2 medium
Method
Heated oil add onion and fry till golden then leave from pan and set aside.
Heated oil add ginger garlic paste and cook for ,2 minutes then add mutton and cook for five minutes then add dahi yogurt , dagi talhaar mirch paste , red pepper powder, termeric powder, coriander powder and cook then add onion mesh with hands and cook till oil leave from center then add mutton stock or water 4 cups cook till mutton tender.
Then mutton fully tender add black cumin seeds kala zeera and green cardamom powder and cook make a dam to qorma for low flame for 10 minutes .
In the end add zafran , kewra essence. Dishout and garnish with almonds, green chillies and serve.
