Ingredients For Merination
Mutton Veil half kg...
Rice 3-1/2 Piyali pao
Bihari boti masala homemade 3 to 4 Tbsp
Yogurt 1 Cup
Raw Papaya 2 tbsp
Crush red pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp.
Green chilli paste 3 to 4
Fried onion 1 medium
Mix all ingrediwnts in a bowl and marinate for 3 to 4 hours and set aside.
Rice Ingredients
Rice 3-1/2 Piyali
Black pepper corn 8
Mint leaves few leaves
Lemons 2
Mint leaves half bunch
Corriander leaves half bunch
Method Merinate mutton then boil rice and set aside . Then pressure cook mutton with 2 cups water and oil 1/4 cup and for 15 to 20 minutes till mutton fully tender.
Then grease pan with oil then add rice layer then Bihari mutton layer repeat process again then in top layer add saffron milk , Green ingredients , Kewra essence and make dam temper for 5 miuntes high heat then 10 minutes in low heat . Serve with Raita and chatni.
Chatni ingredients is 1, 1 bunch mint & coriander leaves ,garlic cloves 5 crush zeera desiccated coconut green chillies , ! tomato and blend chatni and serve with Biryani
