Ingredients :
White sauce
Penne Pasta 2 cups in Shireen aunty recipe but is used full packet...
Beef mince Half kg
For white sauce
Flour. 3to4 tbsp
Butter. 2 tbsp
Milk. 2- 1/2 cups
Salt. 1 tsp
Crush red pepper. 1 tsp
Chicken cube 1 or 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese. 3tbsp
White pepper. 1 tsp
For Meat sauce
Mince beef. Half kg
Oil. 3 tbsp.
Garlic crush. 3to 4. 1 tbsp
Onion. 1 medium
Premium soya sauce 4 tbsp
Crush red pepper. 1 tsp
Salt. 1/4 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Crush black pepper 1 tsp
Oregano. 1 tsp
Mustard paste. 1 tsp
Sirrach red chilli sauce 4 tbsp
Green chilli garlic sauce 4 tbsp
Pizza sauce maxican. 6 tbsp
Thai hot chilli sauce. 4 tbsp
Pineapple sweet chilli sauce 4 tbsp
Parmesan and chedder cheese 1 cup
Method : Make white sauce and set aside.
Then boiled penne pasta and set aside.
Then heated oil and add onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes then add beef mince , crush red pepper, black pepper and cook till mince tender then add all sauce I use all suri sauces.
Then in a baking parex dish 1st layer penne pasta then 2nd layer white sauce then 3rd layer is meat sauce . then sprinkle both cheeses parmesan and chedder cheese and sprinkle oregano and bake for 180 degree for 15 to 18 minutes .
