Ginger. 2 sticks
Ginger dry sount. 1
Cinnamon sticks. 3
Badiyaan star anise 2
Cloves. 5
Black pepper corn. 10
Method. :
Garam masala ki aur tamam ingredients ko aik malmal ke cloth main baand dain aur full pan pani daal ke over night rakh dain pan ke neeche
Tawa rakh dain aur halki aanch kar dain jab PAYE gall jayain tu flame off kar dain.
Ingredients For Curry : Onion. 3
Ginger garlic paste. 1,1 tbsp
Yogurt. Half tsp
Red pepper powder. 2 tsp
Termeric powder. Half tsp
Corriender powder. 2 tsp
All spice powder. 1 tsp
Whole spices. 1 tbsp.
Method : Heated oil add onion and fry till golden. Then leaves from pan and blend with yogurt dahi and set aside.
Heated oil and add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute. Add all sizzling with blended onion and dahi mixture and cook masala done then add PAYE and till temper
Aurbhunai hone take pakana hai.
Then add PAYE yakhni and cook till done. In the end add garam masala powder . off the flame and serve.
