Ingredients Mutton Half Kg
Ginger garlic paste 1,1 kg
Yogart 1 cup 150 ml
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Cashew nuts kajoo 18
Almonds badaam 15
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chillies 8 to 10
Corriender leaves for garnish
Cream 2 to 3 tbsp
Green chillies for garnish
Method: Sab se pehle onion piyaaz ko fry karain per fry karain till less golden jab tak golden color a jaye aur alag rakh dain.
Pan main oil garam karain aur mutton daal kar fry karain till thora bhun jaye then add adrak lehsan ginger garlic ka paste shamil karain aur pakayain.Add salt,green chillies paste and cook and add dahi yogurt all ingredients and cook.
Black , White pepper shamil karain and cook. Phir poppy seeds yani khashkash , almonds aur kajoo cashew nuts ko grinder main daal kar grind kar lain aur mutton main main daal kar pakayain 6 se 8 hari mirchoon green chillies ka paste bhi shamil karain aur phir dahi shamir karain aur mutton ko 5 minutes cook karain then chicken hai tu kuch minutes bhunai karni hai lakin mutton main 4 to 5 cups water daalain aur mutton gall jane tak pakayain Jab mutton gal jaye aur thora bhun jaye tu thora water daal kar 5 minutes cook karain then end main green chillies hara dhaniya aur cream daal kar serve karain.
Note :
Cream dish out kar ke add karni hai ya flame off kar ke cream daalain aur dish out karain
